Early Apple
James Grieve - A medium sized apple which has pale yellow-green skin with red stripes and a red flush on the exposed side. The flesh is pale cream, savoury, crisp and juicy with a strong acid flavour. The acid flavour mellows with age. A reliable cropper. Its season of use is from September to December.  (Edinburgh 1893)

Mid Season Apple
Autumn Pearmain - A medium sized apple which has yellow skin which is streaked all over with large patches and streaks of red, mixed with silvery russet, and masses of russety dots, and covered with large russet patches on the base. The flesh is deep yellow, firm, crisp, and juicy, and is richly and highly perfumed. Its season of use is from September to October. (United Kingdom 1500's)
Onibury Pippin – a very special and rare Shropshire apple – won’t be able to plant until autumn as bud wood not ready yet.

Late Apple
Court Pendu Plat - A medium sized apple which has a bright green skin which turns clear yellow with russety dots as it reaches maturity, the exposed side is flushed orange-red. The yellow flesh has a rich, fruity, strong pineapple-like acidity which mellows to become sweet. Picks in October and can be used from December to May. It is called the ‘Wise Apple’ on account that it is the last apple to come into flower so avoids the frost. (France 1613).
Ross nonpareil –A medium-sized apple which is faintly tinged with red on the exposed side and entirely covered with thin gold-brown russet. The greenish-white flesh is firm, crisp, brisk, and sugary, with a rich and aromatic flavour. Pick in mid-October. It is a first-rate apple in use from November to February. (Kilkenny 1802)

Damson
Shropshire Prune - Cooker. The ''Greengage of Damsons'' Native of the West Midlands. Reliable. (Shropshire 17th Century) Self Fertile.

Pears
Conference - Dessert. Medium size yellowish-green with brown russet over areas of the fruit. Sweet and juicy. Good cropper. (Sawbridgeworth, Herts. 19th Century).
Concord - Dessert. Medium to large fruit which is pale green turning yellow, some with large patches of gold or brown russet. Pale yellow flesh is sweet and juicy with a mild flavour. Heavy cropper. (HRI, East Malling, Kent: 1977).

Plums
Belle de Louvain - Cooker. A very large late August fruiting red-purple plum. (Belgium 1845) Self Fertile.
Marjorie’s Seedling - Dessert/Cooker. The latest picking plum. Large and good quality purple fruit. Good cropper. (Berks. 1912). Self Fertile.
